Do I need technical staff or any coding knowledge?
No. Everything is built to run without a developer on your team. Systems are documented in plain English and handed off so anyone on your team can use them.
How long does a project take?
A build is normally days to a few weeks rather than months. After a short call you get a scope with a rough timeline before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
How does pricing work?
Websites start at $2,000, AI automation at $2,500, and both together at $4,000, each plus a monthly amount for maintenance or managed support, with the full ranges on the services page. There is also a one-time $197 visibility audit if you would rather start small. These are starting points rather than quotes: every build is scoped up front, so you know the cost before we start, with no open-ended hourly surprises. Some work is a one-off project; some carries on as ongoing support.
What's included in monthly support, and can I cancel?
We tailor it to what your site or systems need, like regular updates and help when you have a question or something stops working. Monthly support is optional, and you can cancel at any time.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. We use your existing tools and reputable providers, request only the access a system needs, and never sell or share your data. See our privacy policy for details.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small and mid-size teams, roughly 2 to 50 people. The fit is less about your industry than about whether repetitive work is eating hours your team cannot spare.
Do you work with businesses outside Minnesota?
Yes. Elevome is based in Minnesota, and we work with businesses across the United States.
Will this replace my staff?
No. The goal is to take busywork off your team's plate so they can spend their time on work that needs a person.
What tools do you work with?
Whatever you already use: your CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, forms, and the AI models that fit the job. We build on your current setup instead of moving you to a new platform.
Can you work on my existing WordPress or Squarespace site?
Yes. Once you share login access, we can work on the site you already have.
Who owns the website and accounts when the project ends?
It depends on what we build and which tools it runs on. We spell it out in your written agreement before any work starts. If you have questions about a specific setup, ask on the first call.
Will my new website show up in Google and AI search?
That's what we build for. We set up every site so Google and AI tools like ChatGPT can find and read it, but no one can guarantee rankings or recommendations. If you want to see where you stand today, the AI Visibility Audit measures it.
